We at Stampede are on a big mission. We want to make the hard-to-do marketing easy for hospitality operators.

And how do we do this?

We equip hospitality businesses with clever, innovative tools that make the best use of their customer data. So they can quickly build a strong mailing list, market to their customers and increase repeat visits. As simple as that. We are therefore very proud to be shortlisted for the “Best Use Of Data” award in collaboration with Best Western GB.

Our growth platform covers all touchpoints along the customer journey, from acquisition to retention, expansion and growth through customer advocacy. All this whilst keeping things simple for our customers by removing the need for complex integrations to other platforms.

Stampede & Best Western GB – Effortless Growth Through Digital Marketing

Our application focuses on our project with the Best Western GB hotel group. The goal is to help Best Western GB hotels to succeed with data and digital marketing through a UK-wide rollout of Stampede. So far, most of Best Western GB’s customer data is withheld by Online Travel Agencies (OTA). This means hotels are not able to track or get in touch with their guests after their stay. By using Stampede, hotels can now easily build their mailing list through their Guest WiFi. What’s more, customers who have booked via OTAs can then be contacted directly via email marketing and turned into direct bookers moving forward.

We’ve also noticed that many hotel operators are still inexperienced with email marketing, which is holding them back from using it. Our platform is, therefore, build to make marketing easy, especially for busy operators. With Stampede, Best Western GB hotels can quickly set up low-cost and high-return email campaigns, which are so effective thanks to its intelligent use of customer data. On top of that, our innovative reporting suite also allows operators to better track their guest interaction, both online and in-venue. By linking those insights, they can create personalised campaigns to drive more bookings and loyalty.
