The Alpha project was undertaken to create a flexible, configurable, AI-powered tool to bring automation / semi-automation to an array of (re)insurance daily operations, from OCR document reading and data extraction to seamless integration with multiple lines of business systems, and workflow tools to model and manage business processes, to enhance operational efficiencies and stakeholder management of their business.
Whilst other solutions exist in the market, for say, automatically extracting information from documents, we believe that few tools offer such a range of workflow features and end-to-end seamless extraction and integration in one tool, and one that can so rapidly be configured to meet any business requirements.
